- Create a campus-wide Inclusion Dashboard to track and refine metrics.
- Integrate and Coordinate with Health System DEI Initiatives.
- Update and Engage MCV Senior Leadership (ongoing effort).
- Connect school-based D&I Staff, strategies and initiatives with the broader MCV Campus efforts to ensure a level of consistency where appropriate
- Provide a mechanism to identify and scale up promising practices that emerge from school-, university-, and/or higher education efforts.
- Deliver ongoing, stakeholder-centered communications and messaging on progress to goals.
- Institute Chairs Training Program in partnership with the Grace E. Harris Institute to establish training moduled on Health Equity, Race and Racism, and other related topics.
